Everett's Milestone

Well guys, Everett has hit a milestone. He is sitting up all by himself. Yes folks he is growing up so fast....I just hate it!

We are still getting use to being home after our 4 day trip to the river. It was a blast!! The kiddos had so much fun!

Around here there is always something going on. But, the most exciting thing right now is that Steven(Daddy) has started a construction company! He built homes for years back before the real estate market crashed. But, he decided it was about time to get back to that. He is doing roofing, remodels and insurance claims. He is super excited and I love to see that again. For a long time he was having to drive a truck and it was just not what he wanted to do with his life. I see that spark in his eyes again because he is doing what he loves. YEAH!

The First

Someone once told me that my life would make a funny movie. I laughed and said "Its never a dull moment thats for sure." They were serious they told me about this blogging thing and said that I should start. So....here I am. Bare with me I'm new at this but I'm a fast learner.

I guess I should start by introducing myself. I'm Katie. I'm 28 (though sometimes I forget that) and I'm a wife to my soul mate Steven
